The mentors will be matched to eager and talented individuals working across Canterbury’s IT industry, with a view to them benefitting from some sound advice and guidance from more experienced people.
We’re fortunate to sit at the centre of a rich network of skilled employees, contractors and managers and it seems a natural step to tap into this pool for the benefit of the less experienced workers coming through. Hence, we've started the Mentor Connection Programme through which we connect emerging talent with professionals capable of mentoring them.
