Jason created Sourced Ltd after 13 years in the Professional Services sector, originally working in a range of Architectural roles before deciding to develop his previous experience further and branch into the IT industry in 2006. He has been (and continues to be) involved in specialist Software Training, Consulting and Support, working with a range of clients from SME's through to Tertiary Institutions. 

Sourced revolves around idea that perception is most peoples reality - built on an enviable history in the Christchurch IT market, we strive to challenge the market and perceptions of recruitment by simply being who we are; people with passion, integrity and honesty in all that we do. 

As Director and Business Owner, Jason brings a wealth of experience in business management, leadership, recruitment and managing staff, and drives the overall strategy, direction and business operation of Sourced.

Michelle joins Sourced Ltd having been actively involved in the Christchurch IT industry for over 10 years, originally working in Sales & Account Management in the vendor space, before entering the IT Recruitment sector in 2003. 

Michelle has maintained a highly respected reputation in the Christchurch IT recruitment market over the past 7 years, partnering with a number of Christchurch's most high profile organisations including Christchurch City Council and Meridian Energy, providing end to end permanent and contract recruitment solutions and HR consulting services. 

Michelle has a specific focus on forging long term partnering relationships, and has worked consistently with many of her clients since her entry into the IT Sector. She is actively involved in the Christchurch IT community with a keen interest in graduate recruitment and development.

Based in Auckland, Clare joins Sourced as General Manager. She brings a wealth of experience having worked with organisations in customer-centric senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors in New Zealand. With her experience in change management, Clare understands the challenges facing organisations in today's business environment.

Clare has also managed recruitment businesses, leading national IT, engineering and executive recruitment teams, and has served on the board of an ICT organisation. Through her innate ability to plant herself in the client’s shoes to understand their needs Clare is motivated by forming strong and productive relationships and by making things happen that will achieve the best outcomes.

An active networker in the business, innovation and education communities, Clare is inspired by innovative technology and what it can do to enable.

Clare is passionate about travel – ‘a global perspective broadens the mind’ – New York is her second home. She also enjoys kayaking, cycling and photography.




As a Recruitment Support Consultant at Sourced, Hannah works with a number of reputable companies across the New Zealand ICT industry including several key clients who have long standing partnerships with Sourced.

Through adhering to recruitment best practices and utilising several years worth of industry knowledge, Hannah enables the companies she partners with to maximise their profitability through ensuring optimum quality in their most important resource: Their people.

Working directly with companies across public and private sectors, recruiting entry-level through to high level management positions, Hannah has a reputation for providing a thorough and high quality service to her clients. She brings a wealth of customer service know-how, a rich network of relationships with businesses and candidates, and a can-do attitude to the recruitment expertise at Sourced.

Chris joined Sourced as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in May 2014.

Chris has nearly 20 years Christchurch based recruitment experience specialising mainly in healthcare and medical staff for the Australasian, UK and Middle Eastern markets.

Chris' job satisfaction comes from facilitating win-win situations. She achieves this with open and honest communication and a ‘no surprises' approach. She prides herself on being down to earth and being able to quickly build rapport, understanding, and a lasting relationship with all those she comes into contact with.

Chris' clients gain the benefit of her longevity in the industry through her knowledge of recruitment processes and systems, talent sourcing techniques and her unwavering desire to get the right people into the right jobs.

Lauren is a high-performing, Recruitment Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end to end recruiting of a variety of complex industries including IT, financial services, marketing, and engineering gained in New Zealand. Previous experience includes 5+ years working within the Business Support space, enabling the planning and support of people so that their efforts maximise their skills and potential to deliver value, while providing common services and logistics that allow the offices to operate independently.

Lauren also has  10+ years of customer service and account management experience.

Lauren is up beat and takes pride in her strong listening skills and ability to execute a smooth and honest recruitment process, tailored to each client. Being passionate about finding the very best talent, Lauren enjoys building relationships with clients and takes a keen interest in advancements in technology within the recruitment industry.

Victoria joined Sourced as our Talent Manager / Chief Wrangler at the end of 2016 after returning to New Zealand from a two year stint living in Vancouver, Canada.

Combining eight years experience in small business administration and office management with a deep interest in people, she aims to provide great service and keep things running smoothly.

Victoria is also an active part of the NZ music community outside the office, performing locally and nationally with a variety of bands.
